How It Works
A tradesman looking for work simply fills in the on-line registration form detailing their work history and references.
There is also a section for any qualifications and certificates on the form. The more of these the better as you will effectively be competing for work with other tradesman.
Main-contractors to secondary sub-contractors can then browse through the available workforce matching people with jobs in any given area. (Please note details can only be viewed when responding to contracts added to the system)
Alternatively main contractors to secondary sub-contractors can place a contract to be tendered (Drawings and tender documents) or a request for additional labour on their current and forthcoming contracts on to the system.
After doing so, the job description will be e-mailed to any interested parties and their details (if required) will be sent back with a response for the contract work. This enables everyone from the main contractors to the tradesman to try and plan their future work in advance and to try and secure contracts and labour nearer home cutting expense.
By simply mixing and matching variable criteria a contract could be project managed in hours rather than days — and without countless, expensive mobile phone calls! The majority of contact is done on-line by email.
Please note:
The system is new and Construction Bible appreciates your patience, we are gaining members every day. If you are interested in Construction Bible we recommend you tell all friends in the construction industry and the people who employ you!
On passing information over to others our data base will accelerate so all members will benefit, Contracts to be tendered and continuity of employment.
Thank You.
There are many different benefits to all parties in the chain.
